Stephen Anderson is a South Carolina native and Greenville resident since the age of 5. He attended J.L. Mann High School and the University of South Carolina. He has lived in South Carolina for his entire life outside of 5 years in Central Florida for school and work. Stephen is currently licensed to practice both in South Carolina and Florida. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court in South Carolina and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Stephen’s legal career has been split amongst working on behalf of injured clients and doing insurance defense work, giving him a unique perspective on civil litigation. Stephen has helped over a thousand clients that were injured or seeking Social Security benefits. Stephen has represented his clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, from initial meetings through trial.
Stephen has successfully represented clients in car accidents,
18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, moped accidents, golf cart accidents, hit-and-run accidents, pedestrians, and bicyclists hit by motor vehicles, and accidents caused by drunk and impaired drivers.
Stephen currently lives in Greenville with his wife Brooke, a registered nurse in the Upstate, and his young son Luke.
